Thought I would let you know that you...Great post.<br /><br />Thought I would let you know that you can freeze bananas for use in baked goods. The bananas must be frozen with the peel still on them. Just place a bunch inside a freezer bag and freeze. Works great in banana bread or muffins. You can also make banana pancakes.
