It's that time again! It has been super hot and muggy around here so I am trying to plan my meals accordinly. We are leaving for Baltimore on Thursday and I am only planning three meals this week.
Dinners:
Monday- grilled chicken drumsticks, butter and herb noodles and veggies
Tuesday- the baked potato soup that I never made last week
Wednesday- breakfast for dinner: scrambled eggs, homemade pancakes and sausage
We did not stick to our meal plan at all last week. I kpet digging in my freezer each night to see what I felt like making and never once looked at my menu- oops! Hopefully this will be a better week.
