The menu didn't go as planned last week. We didn't have enough food for leftovers any night because Jon has been eating them for lunch. I changed a few meals based on forgetting items at the grocery store (I promise I made a list!). Hopefully this week will go much more smoothly.
For dinners I plan to make:
Monday-mini meatloaves with corn
Tuesday- homemade pizza
Wednesday- grilled chicken with a summer salad (all from our garden)
Thursday- chicken and vegetable nachos
Friday- leftovers (if Jon doesn't eat them all again!)
Saturday- pasta and salad
Sunday- homemade macaroni and cheese with broccoli
