This is an easy week, at least when it comes to planning our meals. The rest of our life is a whirlwind right now (see this post for the background) as we work towards making an offer on the house went want and finding renters (possibly my brother) for the house we currently own.
On the menu for this week:
Breakfasts:
waffles and fruit
cereal and fruit
English muffins and yogurt
Lunches:
peanut butter and jelly (almost every day for Owen if he gets his choice!)
macaroni and cheese
grilled cheese
ham and cheese sandwiches
English muffin pizzas
Dinners:
Monday- dinner at our neighbors. We are bringing a side dish. I am planning on bringing a salad from my garden and some baby carrots for the kids
Tuesday- dinner out. A fundraiser for our local children's museum
Wednesday- chicken and summer veggies on the grill
Thursday- meatball grinders
Friday- frozen pizza and summer pasta salad (from $5 Mom)
Saturday- BBQ at Jon's sisters house. I am planning to bring some veggies to grill up
Sunday- pasta or leftovers, we are coming home from visiting Jon's family and I don't know what time we will get in.
