Finally getting back on track after vacations and recovering from vacations! This is my plan for the week:
Monday- chicken and veggie quesadillas
Tuesday- homemade pepperoni pizza
Wednesday- brinnner (breakfast for dinner)- bacon, eggs, homemade pancakes
Thursday- meatball grinders
Friday- veggie stir fry
Saturday- bruschetta chicken pasta (i've been wanting to try this for awhile)
Sunday- crockpot rotisserie chicken
We will play breakfast and lunches by year. I have plenty of food, and each day lunch depends on what we do in the morning. If we get home on the early side I am more like to cook. If we get home on the later side we do sandwiches!
