We have a three bedroom house. Right now Madeline and Owen share one bedroom, Jon and I have our bedroom and we use the smallest bedroom as a playroom/office. With new baby coming we had to do some rearranging. This involved converting our garage space into a NEW playroom/office. We converted the garage because we have no basement. I wish we had a basement and that is on our list of must haves for the next house, but for now we don't. Right now it is only the playroom as Jon has not had the time or the desire to crawl through the attic and run phone wire out to the garage. The room will also need some extra insulation (as we have found it VERY difficult to keep warm this winter) and will get that this spring.
Right now the office is a disaster area. Things are disorganized and shoved in various places. My craft area is overflowing and ridiculous. My file cabinet is stuffed to the gills and is in desperate need of purging. My desk..well the pictures speak for themselves:
This is my craft storage. I honestly don't know how I ended up with this much stuff for two kids but it is not necessary (or used!)
Yes that is an advent picture that I have not taken down....
The bookshelf is organized, but the books need to be purged and the shelf used to store other things. I have a lot to do this month! Wish me luck!

I am so LOL...because that is how my desk looks. My office is in my bedroom. That doesn't really mix well but hey if we have company all I have to do is shut the door.
