Tonight begins Jon's second semester teaching night classes. These past few weeks have been much easier with him being on break. But that breathing period is over and back to night school he goes for the next three months. He also has one last week of ski club, so I have planned two light dinner nights since it is just myself and the kiddos.
The plan for this week:
Breakfasts
English muffins
Cereal
Yogurt
Pancakes
*all served with fruit and apple juice
Lunch
Grilled cheese sandwiches with apple slices
Peanut butter and fluff with raisins
Chicken nuggets and apple sauce
Dinners
Monday- Individual pizzas. My plan is to make them during nap and then simply reheat them when we get home from gymnastics
Tuesday-Moneterey Ranch Chicken Quesadillas with baby carrots
Wednesday- Ham and cheese Stromboli (this has become quite popular in our house) with green beans
Thursday- Honey Bourbon chicken and corn
Friday- Macaroni and cheese, hot dogs and baby carrots
Saturday-Broccoli cheese soup and homemade bread
Sunday- Pizza braid and salad
