I have not been good about sticking to my weekly meal plans lately. The good news is that I am not going shopping extra, the bad news is that I am depleating my stock pile for easier meals. So I am going to be more realistic with my meal plans and stick to simpler menus. I WANT to cook new things, but I really don't ahve the time right now. I need to stick the simple recipes that are healthy and that my family likes. Once school and work get to be routine again I will start trying new recipes. Oh, and when it cools down more and I actually WANT to be in my kitchen cooking!
Dinners:
Monday- pasta and meatsauce
Tuesday- chicken parmesian from the freezer
Wednesday- keilbasa and veggies on the grill
Thursday- nachos (Madeline's first day of school!!)
Friday- my brother's housewarming for pizza
Saturday- dinner at my mom and dad's for my brothers b-day. I am bringing soda
Sunday- hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill

Mmm...kielbasa and veggies on the grill. Sounds delish. I think we'll do some BBQ foods before the weather cools down!
