Money Saving Tip

If you like to do crafts at home NOW is the time to stock up on supplies. The stores have started their back to school sales and there are some great prices. I bought elmers glue for 20 cents each, glue sticks for 20 cents for a 2 pack, new markers for 50 cents, a new dry erase board for handwriting for $2 all today, just to name a few. I spent a grand total of $8 and should not need to buy these items for the rest of the year.

Crayons, folders, pencils, pens, etc are all super cheap right now. So if you use any of these items during the year now is the time to stockpile (kind of like stockpiling grocery items ). One year when I was teaching I decided to buy Christmas gifts for my students in August and bought boxes of crayons for the entire class for less than $7.

Some of my favorite stores to shop at right now are Staples, Target and Walmart.

Don't forget to enter my YoBaby giveaway!
